Global warming and the problem of the energy crisis became a growing threat for the world,energy-saving and cost-reducing has become a major strategic issue nowadays.Lighting is an important aspect of human consumption on energy,a new generation of green energy-saving LED lighting,with its energy conservation and environmental protection,long lifespan,high efficiency,is being widely applied,which is gradually replacing the traditional lighting.Dimming technology also continues to advance with the rapid development of LED lighting,dimming will not only further improve the energy-saving,extend the lifespan of LED,but also increase the visual impact,improve quality of life.The quality of the LED driving circuit is very important for LED lamp.In response to the national policy of green lighting,promoting the market popularity of LED lighting,the study of LED driving circuit and dimming technology has a certain practical significance.The paper is based on the project " Research and development of RCC dimming LED bulb lamp " from Xiamen Topstar Lighting Co.,Ltd which introduce the LED driving circuit deeply.In order to save the cost of LED driving circuit,improve the compatibility and driving performance of TRIAC dimmer,the paper designed a lighting-adjustable LED driving circuit based on RCC converter.The main work and research results are as follows:1.The paper carried out the researching work and reviewed the literature relevant at home and abroad,with the aid of the internship lighting company,the advantages,working principle and characteristics if LED was summarized,some abroad results of dimming technology as well as the development in the future was illustrated.The status research and development tendency of lighting-adjustable LED driving circuit was analyzed,the main direction of paper was confirmed.2.The working principles of flyback converter and self-excited oscillation of flybackcircuit are analyzed,the working modes of RCC circuit are analyzed by Saber simulation software,the influences of parasitic components and leakage inductance were studied,which provided the theoretical support for the lighting-adjustable LED driving circuit design.3.Three kinds of dimming projects were analyzed and the illustration of TRIAC project approached to use was focused.The flashing phenomenon of TRIAC was simulated and analyzed and the compensation circuit for maintaining current was designed.4.On the basis of previous analysis,a design of lighting-adjustable LED driving circuit was proposed and the performance was tested,the experiments results and the simulation results are consistent.The requirements of design has been meet,showed that the presented theoretical method and the design scheme are effective.
