The Design Of The Intelligent Vehicle Traveling Data Recorder Based On ARM-Linux And Implementation

As people living standard is increasing day by day,the motor vehicle's rapid growth,the problem such as safe driving and traffic dispute appeared.Traffic management department to ensure citizens' safety,formulate and implement the policies of all kinds of constraints,since December 2013,for example,traffic police official launch of road traffic in the city of Shenzhen to report illegal lottery,citizens can take photos to report traffic offence,and can get the corresponding material rewards.On September 1,2015 Nanjing start traffic law to report new channels,the public can through phone or special vehicle traveling data recorder captured traffic report illegal and uploaded to the platform.Aimed at capturing traffic violations of this policy,and actively response,this paper proposes a base of ARM-Linux,the design and realization of the intelligent vehicle traveling data recorder.Through voice control taking pictures and video,and able to take pictures for timely identification and treatment.For the existence of illegal vehicles,its specific license plate number,illegal behavior and the illegal site,along with its illegal evidence shall be sent to the server,it largely reduce the workload of traffic administration in image recognition.In addition,with the coming of the era of big data,this design on the basis of the traditional vehicle traveling data recorder added three axle load force acceleration sensor,information can be collected a large number of road roughness,cooperate with GPS can know the specific site specific sections of road potholes.It can not only guide the driver's safe driving and can remind the relevant departments to repair roads.This design based on ARM kernel,and high cost performance of Raspberry Pi as main control platform,using the Linux operating system management and scheduling of all the hardware and software.Comply with the current trend of artificial intelligence,gives the function of the vehicle traveling data recorder voice control,using machine learning algorithms,can accurate images of license plate recognition and violation detection.This article aims to the construction of the platform for the intelligent vehicle traveling data recorder system and the realization of basic functions.Introduces in detail the selection of design scheme,the hardware platform structures,and a variety of hardware testing,and the license plate recognition algorithm and violation detection algorithm design and implementation.Finally through the study of the functional testing of the whole system,the system stability is good,achieves the expected design requirements.
