With the new energy harvester research and development,how to efficient acquire and convert the environment kinetic energy,broadband work,and high power output have become a hotspot in recent years.Although the limit can effectively widen the operating frequency range,its energy acquisition efficiency is low because the collision will lose part of the vibration energy.How to combine widen the operating frequency range and improve energy acquisition and conversion efficiency is a new direction for energy collection technology.In this paper,in order to reduce the energy loss of energy harvester and reduce the energy efficiency of energy harvester,we propose a new structure of wideband hybrid piezoelectric-triboelectric virbration energy harvester.Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the device,we analyse the main factors influencing the output performance of wideband-hybrid vibration energy harvester.ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to optimize the device structure.We develop a high performance dielectric PDMS Film and flexible PDMS mass.The processing and assembly of wideband hybrid piezoelectric-triboelectric virbration energy harvester were completed.The test method of the device was studied and the test platform was built.The test and analysis of each energy conversion unit of the wideband hybrid piezoelectric-triboelectric virbration energy harvester are completed.Under 3g acceleration and 24.1 Hz external excitation,the frequency bandwidth of the prototype is about 9Hz.The output power of the piezoelectric unit is 0.9?W,the output power of the triboelectric unit is 0.287?W,and the total output power of the prototype is 1.187 ?W,which is 90.6% of the output power of the piezoelectric unit under free vibration.Without triboelectric energy unit,the composite energy harvester has only the piezoelectric energy unit,the output power is 0.9?W,which is 69.4% of the output power of the piezoelectric unit under free vibration.The results show that the energy efficiency of the wideband hybrid piezoelectric-triboelectric virbration energy harvester increased by 21.2% when the working frequency band is expanding,and the energy of the limiting frequency loss is effectively collected.The main contributions of the paper are listed as follows:?The status of vibration energy collector was analyzed,which include piezoelectric mechanism,triboelectric mechanism and piezoelectric-friction mechanism.The research objectives and research contents of the paper are determined.?The new structure of the wideband hybrid piezoelectric-triboelectric virbration energy harvester was proposed.We studid the working principle of the composite wide-band vibration energy harvester based on the lumped parameter model of the piezoelectric cantilever beam,and analyzed the main factors influencing the output of the contact-separated friction electric conversion unit based on the related theory of electrodynamics.?In order to analyze the influence of structural size parameters on output performance,we used the finite element simulation software of ANSYS and determined the optimization ideas.The structural optimization design of the device is completed,and the influence of different limit-height on the output performance of the device is analyzed.?The design and fabrication of the high-performance dielectric PDMS film and the flexible PDMS mass block was designed and fabricated.The design and assembly of the wideband hybrid piezoelectric-triboelectric virbration energy harvester were completed.?The performance test and anslysis platform of the fabricated prototype has been setup,and the performance test and analysis of the fabricated prototype was achived in different condition.The experience results show that its work frequency-band is 9Hz when the amplitude set up at 4mm.The output power of the piezoelectric unit is 0.9?W,and the output power of the triboelectric unit is 0.287?W at 3g acceleration and 24.1Hz external excitation.The energy acquisition efficiency of the friction-limiting unit increased by 21.2%,compared with that of the friction-free electrical unit,and the energy of limiting the frequency loss is effectively collected.
