In the world of energy problems increasingly serious today,vigorously promote the supply side of the reform environment,the power generation side of the technological innovation is imminent.The traditional energy conversion devices are limited by the Carnot cycle and the type of fuel,and their working efficiency and environment-friendly progress space has been very limited,so the research and development of new power generation system has a considerable degree of practical significance.Because the exhaust gas discharged from the Solid Oxide Fuel Cell(SOFC)has a high latent heat,the power generation efficiency of the system will be higher than that of the SOFC or MGT when it is mixed with a Micro Gas Turbine(MGT),and easy to arrange on the user side.SOFC-MGT power generation system is a highly efficient energy-saving and sustainable distributed power generation system,a great potential for distributed power generation program.In this paper,the dynamic mathematical model of two subsystems of fuel cell and micro gas turbine is established based on SOFC-MGT hybrid power generation system,and the performance of two subsystems and coupling system is simulated and analyzed.The SOFC and MGT subsystems,which are built on APROS and MATLAB respectively,are connected by OPC protocol to analyze the performance of the semi-physical simulation system and provide the design parameters for the next step.In the semi-physical simulation system Connect the physical and model Sim-Stim interface model for analysis.The research of this paper provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of the SOFC-MGT hybrid power generation system and provides an important reference for the design and operation of the hybrid device.This paper also provides reference meaning of the application of the Sim-Stim simulation interface in the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system.
