The harbor dumping equipment is a kind of efficient equipment for large scale operation,and it is an important tool for bulk material transportation.It is very important to know the material level of the hopper in the production line in the process of dumping.In this paper,the problem of detecting the material level of the hopper wall is studied.A scheme is presented to detect the weak strain signal of the hopper wall under the strong noise background.First of all,aiming at the deficiencies of the current system in the coal scuttle material level detection method,a method is presented for detecting the strain signal of the hopper wall which is based on the theory of cross-correlation detection and the involved theory is analyzed in detail.Aiming at the situation that the signals collected at the scene are interfered by the high frequency noise and the pulse of different intensity,combined with the advantages of anti impulse interference mean filtering algorithm,median filtering algorithm,fuzzy adaptive median filtering algorithm,the improved fuzzy adaptive weighted filtering algorithm is proposed and verified by simulation and experiment.Secondly,the hardware circuit of the system is designed,using STM32F407 microcontroller as the main control chip.The excitation signal circuit,sensor signal processing circuit,quadrature lock-in amplifier circuit and the automatic zero adjustment circuit are designed.The key circuit is simulated by Multisim simulation software to verify the correctness of the circuit.Based on the hardware realization of detection system,the software program of each part of the system is designed,including the excitation source signal generation program,A/D acquisition program,improved fuzzy adaptive weighted filter algorithm program,industrial controller PLC program and PC WinCC program.The hardware and software design of the weak strain signal detection system lays a solid foundation for the strain signal detection.Finally,the system test and experiment are finished.The circuit board function test is carried out,and then the signal detection calibration experiment,the accuracy test,the stability test and the anti interference experiment are completed.The feasibility of the proposed scheme and the accuracy and stability of the detection system are verified,which meets the requirements of field application.In this paper,the design of the weak strain signal detection system of the hopper wall can provide a guarantee for the efficient operation of the harbor dumping equipment,which is of great significance to reduce the accident of the dumping system.The design has reached the purpose of the research,and has a wide range of practical application and promotion value in related fields.
