Distribution network,which is directly to users,is the key to ensure the quality of power supply,customer service quality and economic efficiency of power grid system.With the increasing of distribution network load,the peak of load in our country is expanding gradually.At the same time,the large-scale renewable energy which has characteristics of randomness and volatility will make the peak of load much more outstanding than before.Battery energy storage system plays an important role in power grid system,such as peak load shift,improving the contradiction between power supply and demand,and so on.It is important to study the economy and reliability of low-voltage distribution network with battery energy storage system.After deeply studying the theory and applications of energy storage technology,this paper has researched the problem of location and sizing problem considering energy storage battery life of storage,and the evaluation of economy and reliability of battery energy storage system installed in the low-voltage distribution network.First of all,on the basis of a wide range of domestic and foreign research on battery energy storage system,this paper summarizes the current situation and shortcomings of the research on the economic and reliability evaluation of the application of energy storage technology in low-voltage distribution network.Secondly,this paper studied the classification and development of energy storage technology,and discussed two kinds of energy storage battery used in distribution network.Based on the above research,the objective function of low-voltage distribution network storage battery location optimization model,the constraints were discussed in detail.For storage optimization algorithm design and algorithm implementation process and the realization of the multi-objective problem encoding cell locating and sizing.Finally,the two aspects of economic evaluation and reliability evaluation of energy storage battery were studied.On the basis of economic evaluation,the energy storage battery cost calculation model was established on the basis of considering the storage battery life,investment cost,operation and maintenance cost.The economic benefit modelof energy storage battery was established,the benefits of the power grid side,the effect of the generation side,the benefits generated by the user side and the environmental benefits.The model is validated by a regional data.For reliability evaluation,the reliability evaluation model of low-voltage distribution network with energy storage battery was established and validated.
