Along with the feature of saving resources,Remanufacturing is an effective way to realize recycling economy.At present,our country attaches great importance to the development of remanufacturing industry and continuously introduces a lot of encouraging policies and laws.Remanufacturing pilots work steadily.With the mature of theory and technology in manufacture,lots of engineering machinery companies start to cooperate with the universities and explore the remanufacturing of transporting girder vehicle.Yanshan University and Q inhuangdao Youyi Heavy Industry cooperat e to complete a 900 T transporting girder vehicle remanufacturing in the year of 2016.The remanufactured 900 T transporting girder vehicle is used to Dazhang high speed railway constructed by C hina Railway Seventeenth Bureau.This paper has also been completed in the school-enterprise cooperation through this engineering practice.By referring to material and literature,the paper analyzes the development situation of girder vehicle remanufacturing.After the company dismantles the discarded 900 T transporting girder,checks the main mechanical structure and cleans some hydraulic valves,it comes up with a remanufacturing scheme of the main mechanical structure as well as the hydraulic valves.Validation of remanufactured hydraulic valves is calculated.Reliability block diagrams of driving system,steering system,suspension system and whole vehicle are established and analyzed.Combined with the block diagram,the reliability of the three hydraulic systems is predicted and calculated,and the results are analyzed by MATLAB,as well as the hydraulic system of the whole vehicle.We make a light load and overload test.After we make an analysis of the test,we come to an conclusion that the reliability of both the driving system and steering system is higher.When we debug the hydraulic system,we find that steering cylinder can not stretch out regularly.In view of this phenomenon we establish fault tree model of “The hydraulic cylinder is not in position”.And we use grey correlation method to find out the specific reason the of this phenomenon.After the remanufacturing,900 ton beam barrier is successfully used for the construction of Dazhang high-speed rail site.The application of engineering practice shows that the remanufacturing beam is not inferior to the new product.Some part is better than the new product.The engineering practice saves the economic cost for the enterprise,reduces the waste of resources for the country and has the practical application value.It provides a successful reference for the remanufacturing of the large self-propelled hydraulic truck.
