Automatic mechanical transmission(AMT)on the basis of the traditional manual mechanical transmission add with the electronic control system.Besides the advantages of traditional manual transmission,AMT can also reduce the labor intensity of drivers. Therefore, occupies very important position in the automatic transmission products. The performance of the shift control system directly determines whether the AMT product can achieve automatic gearshift under good gearshift quality. Therefore, the study of the electric shift control system is very necessary. This article reads as follows:First,of the organization’s DC motor(BLDCM)by Newton’s second law and Kirchhoff’s law established the mathematical model of the motor. And through the analysis of the torque shift, actuator integral mathematical model is established.Second,in order to reduce the shift time of the vehicle, the sliding mode control is proposed as a controller in the field of nonlinear system control.Considering that there are some parameters perturbation, unknown disturbance and time-varying load, the adaptive estimation of these uncertain factors is proposed. In this paper, adaptive iterative fast terminal sliding mode controller and adaptive high-order terminal sliding mode controller are designed to control the selection and shifting system respectively. Finally, based on the two kinds of controller were selected and shift actuator as the object of the MATLAB simulation.Compared with the control effect of traditional PID,the comparison results can be adaptive sliding mode control algorithm has obvious control effect;the two kinds of controller into an experiment and compare the double closed loop PID control the effect. The result of experiment shows that the proposed controler has better stability and accuracy.
