At the present,the rapid development of highway construction in our country,in which the asphalt pavement has become the main trend of highway construction due to the characteristics of high comfort.However,in the long run,the construction of asphalt pavement in the early years is affected by external factors,such as temperature,water,ultraviolet light and vehicle load,which causes the aging of asphalt pavement.Therefore,the asphalt pavement in place hot recycling technology can realize the old asphalt mixture,avoid the waste of money and resources,reduce environmental pollution,in line with national advocacy circular and sustainable,resource saving and environment friendly economic development goals,social and environmental benefits are obvious.In this paper,through the investigation and test of the old asphalt pavement in the urban road,this paper introduces the construction principle and the construction characteristics of the asphalt pavement on the ground,and verifies the feasibility of the method.According to the situation of the site,the corresponding equipment is used to put forward the suitable construction process,and the feasibility of the construction method is verified by an engineering example in a certain area of Qinhuangdao.In this paper,the mixture ratio of recycled asphalt mixture is studied,and the amount of recycled agent and new asphalt is determined.The results show that the asphalt pavement is geothermal regeneration method has the advantages of saving resources and reducing environmental pollution,fast construction speed,when the job is not closed to traffic characteristics,can be used for aging regeneration construction of asphalt pavement;asphalt pavement recycling mix design is selected when the dosage of regeneration agent is 6%,the asphalt content is 5%,the best effect through the recycling;on-site inspection results and the effect of thermal regeneration construction quality,SY4500 thermal regeneration unit far Sen shares production with heated air circulation,all kinds of disease treatment of the hot in place recycling construction technology for City Road,highway surface;the HIR construction of the road,compared with the traditional method of milling resurfacing,project cost probably decreased about 25%;vigorously develop the "energy saving and environmental protection" and "circular economy" and "economic efficiency" Three features in one of the geothermal regeneration construction technology,will promote the rapid development of China’s road green conservation.
