Global energy depletion and climate warming have become increasingly serious problems,the power industry is a large carbon emissions,which forced the reform of the power grid power generation scheduling,in order to meet the new requirements of the current environmental economic dispatch.At the same time,the electric vehicle has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving,which has been rapidly developed and widely used in the market.The highway is an important transportation channel,electric vehicles used in expressway is the future trend of development,but at the same time as the electric vehicle mileage is short,resulting in the use of electric vehicles on the highway in the restricted,China has clearly put forward"centralized charging"mode based on the highway centralized charging station is the future trend of development,how to schedule the grid centralized charging station,to meet the requirements of environmental economic dispatch and how to solve the scheduling problem of the centralized charging station quickly are the focus of the study.To solve the above problems,in this paper,based on the centralized charging station scheduling the centralized charging station is put forward.The author studies the environmental economic dispatching and takes the use of flexible carbon capture unit and wind power into consideration to reduce carbon emissions.The main research works are as follows:First of all,the sensitivity analysis is used to solve the traditional economic dispatch problem solving.The sensitivity coefficient of each unit is calculated and how to schedule units according to the sensitivity coefficients is analyzed.Through simulation examples,the effectiveness of the sensitivity-analysis method is verified.Secondly,the centralized charging stations in expressway are analyzed,The classified calculation of different vehicle batteries is studied and a calculation formula to put all kinds of batteries into a unified specification battery is deduced.Aiming at the problem of how to dispatch the centralized charging station in the expressway,a double economic dispatch model considering the centralized charging station is proposed.A sensitivity coefficient calculated formula is deduced considering the sensitivity loss case.In the upper model,the optimization algorithm and the particle swarm method of comprehensive sensitivity are adopted and in the lower model,the network loss sensitivity algorithm is used.Based on the simulation,the output of the unit under different conditions is analyzed,and the advantages of the proposed method are compared.Finally,an environmental economic dispatch model was built,considering the centralized charging station,the flexible carbon capture unit and wind power.The effect of the number of the centralized charging station and the carbon capture unit and the wind power on the cost and the carbon emissions was studied.The influence of different carbon taxes on the CO2 emission of the system was investigated.
