Based on power flow method,the distribution of power flow of structures is studied,and the device and method for controlling the vibrational power flow direction of structures are innovatively developed,and the device and method for transferring the vibrational power flow of structures from one structure to another structure are innovatively developed,and the vibrational power flow control method are applied to the ship structure vibration control successfully.This paper aims to study the application of structural vibration power flow guide control method in the field of ship vibration,and to broaden the research of ship vibration analysis,which has important guiding effect on the study of ship vibration and noise reduction.The main research work and achievements are as follows :(1)Introducing the theory of power flow used in this paper,including the theory and calculation formula of structural intensity,the theory of power flow and the formula of general expression,structure input power,output power and power transfer rate.This paper also proposes a method to combine the structure sound visualization technology and Patran software post-processing technology.(2)Taking the plate as research object,the device and method for controlling the vibrational power flow direction of structures are innovatively developed,and the device and method for transferring the vibrational power flow of structures from one structure to another structure are innovatively developed.The results show that the diversion device can control the vibrational power flow direction of structures and transfer the vibrational power flow of structures from one structure to another structure,which is an important energy diversion tool.(3)Taking the typical cabin structure and the whole ship structure of a container ship as research object,this paper analyzes the power flow of the typical cabin structure and the whole ship structure of a container ship firstly,and then applies the vibrational power flow control method to the ship structure vibration control successfully.The results show that the flow direction of the vibration energy can be showed in the actual structure clearly through the visualization technology of structural intensity method.The results also show the diversion effect of power flow guide on vibration energy,which is of great significance to solve the vibration problem of ship structure in practical engineering.
