With the demand for portable electronic products and the increase of mobile communication devices,the existing batteries can not meet the needs of various equipment.Therefore,the development and utilization of batteries in different fields have been highly valued.The proton exchange membrane fuel cell will be very convenient to carry the battery energy as possible,small scale power generation device,with electricity as the main driving force of the electric vehicles can be used,the market prospect is very considerable.In today's research,flow field has been a key problem.With regard to the flow path design,most methods assume that the generated water exists in the form of vapor.Although there have been some consideration of mechanism model,the existence of water in the catalyst layer,if in the design flow when considering the structure of the catalytic layer will greatly increase the amount of calculation,so this paper introduces the existence of water flow model in design.First of all,considering the effect of liquid water on porosity and a 3D simulation model of proton exchange membrane water membrane fuel cell cathode,the consideration of simulation results of liquid water existence results than only assume that water in vapor form are closer to the real situation;Then,using the model of parallel flow and interdigital do comparison between current density and the entrance flow shape of flow field of the fuel cell,when the current density increased from 5900A/m2 to 6400A/m2,the entrance flow parallel flow field with the growth of the 400x10-13kg·m2/s,while the interdigital flow entrance flow shape increased by only 30x10-13kg·m2/s.It can be seen that the interdigital flow field has better performance and saves fuel;Finally,the finger flow width of the flow channel is optimized to a width of more than two channel group number 1cm bipolar plate and its width,drawn from the production difficulty and battery performance point of view,the number of group into 4 groups,the most suitable width ratio of 1.5:1.The buffer device is also added.Its main role is to avoid the fuel cells in the reaction process of water generated by blocking the flow path caused by excessive pressure changes,affecting the stability of fuel cells,reducing fuel cell performance.
