Poor contact between layers is one of the main causes of cement concrete pavement damage,and the end of the bottom of the cement concrete pavement is one of the most important diseases,the effect of both on the performance of cement concrete pavement and its fatigue life is very significant.Therefore,this paper takes the interlayer contact condition of cement concrete pavement slab void as the research object,analysis of interlayer contact coefficient and the influence factors of mechanical coupling cavity beneath slab of cement concrete pavement response characteristics and development law of fatigue life.Innovative simulation analysis is based on interlayer contact state of cement concrete pavement which is cavity beneath slab.Based on the finite element model of ANSYS,the range of interlaminar contact coefficient,unfavorable cavity position and cavity shape should be clarified firstly,and mechanical behavior of cement concrete pavement should be comprehensive system studied with bottom bottom deformation under coupling effect of various factors and inter-layer contact state,such as,the cavity size,the depth of the cavity,the thickness/modulus of the surface layer and the thickness/modulus of the base layer.The solid state test of cement concrete pavement should be achieved which has cavity beneath slab.The different interlayer contact states can be simulated by using pavement,geotextile net or plastic film,the microstrain of cement concrete panel under load can be measured.The most unfavorable points at the corner of the corners can be determined,the impact of cavity beneath slab pavement panels and interlayer contactstates should be researched.Comprehensive theoretical model analysis and solid model test,verify the reliability of the theoretical model.The fatigue life of cement concrete pavement based on interlayer contact state can be solved.The correction coefficient of cavity is proposed,the design formula of the limit state is improved,and the fatigue life formula of the cement concrete pavement is deduced.The finite element software was used to simulate the variation of the temperature stress at the cavity beneath slab pavement panels,the fatigue life of the cement concrete pavement of interlayer contact states was determined.For the bottom of the bottom of the various factors,a mathematical method for calculating the fatigue life of interlayer contact is proposed.This study not only provides the theoretical basis for the analysis of the cement concrete road under the interlayer contact state,but also has some guiding significance to the cement concrete pavement design.In order to determine the interaction between the interlayer contact state and the influencing factors study on fatigue lfe prediction of empty cement concrete pavement.
