Said is life with the theatre.Indeed,performance activities and human relationship is very close and long history.Ancient human society,it is as a sacrifice to the magic song and dance performances,and material needs such as food and clothing live line of needs,the spirit of the drama performance activity is of human civilization is very rich and precious cultural heritage.As a drama performance activities,theater in the history of human civilization,occupies an important position in history,in particular,has become an important building type.Open-air theatre as the origin of the theatre forms,although after the interior of the late development,but also as a very important branch of theater buildings widely exist.It in the cultural,economic and social development under the background of matures,has an independent system of space,is a long standing and well established,clear context,is is closely related to human’s material and cultural development of important important carrier of human civilization.This kind of space in the city’s cultural development and healthy living is indispensable.Compared with the special show building,it has the advantages of low investment,large capacity,good atmosphere,the air circulation,energy saving,low cost,convenient for the people to participate in,etc.Along with the reform and opening up,China’s economic take-off is a theatre building of our country faced a major development opportunity.People’s interest in a significant increase in the participation in both entertainment and investment also increased significantly.Compared with western countries,open-air theatre development of our country starts relatively late,type a single,small in size,but also came into its own,unique and has a broad mass base,but did not receive due attention in the academia and the urban development.The full text includes introduction,theoretical research and practical exploration of five chapters of the three parts.The first chapter introduction,respectively,from the selected topic background and significance,research review,research methods and other aspects,clarify the research framework.The second chapter comb the development of the western open-air theatre history.The third chapter,respectively from the Angle of the political,economic,cultural and technical comprehensive analysis the characteristics of the open-air theatre.The fourth chapter summarizes the new mode in the development of contemporary open-air theatre,forms and characteristics.The fifth chapter summarized preliminarily open-air theatre and practice design method of the verification.Through the study of this article,aimed at summing up the development of Chinese and western open-air theatre,and its relationship with urban development and people’s life is closely linked.At the same time,the modern technology and the development of the society environment,open-air theatre produced by the new form is summarized and prospected.
