With the increasing of the assembled monolithic structure,the research on the fire resistance of the assembled system is becoming more and more important.This subject is based on the research project of "new seismic assembly of the overall hybrid frame structure system experimental research and application",further discuss about the experiment part of the connection between the columns.This new type of connection through experimental verification can greatly improve the bearing capacity of the column and seismic performance,which has been applied to the actual project.At present,the research on the mechanical properties of this new type of integrated column after fire and fire is less,so it is necessary to study the fire resistance of this new type of column.In this paper,the fire resistance of the assembled monolithic column is studied from the aspects of refractory limit and residual bearing capacity after fire.The main contents are as follows:(1)Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software,and select the appropriate material thermal parameters and thermodynamic model to establish the assembled monolithic frame column encased by steel plate hoop and bolt fire resistance analysis of the finite element model.(2)The temperature field under the effect of ISO-834 standard rise and fall is simulated and the relevant experimental data are used to verify the temperature field and the finite element analysis under the action of thermo-mechanical coupling is right.(3)The effects of axial compression ratio,eccentricity,fire protection layer,fire type,steel plate hoop thickness,reinforcement ratio and bolt diameter on the fire resistance limit of the integral bolt steel plate hoop connection frame are analyzed.The influenceof parameters on the axial deformation and fire resistance of the members is revealed.The finite element analysis model of cast-in-place column with the same working condition is established,and its fire resistance is compared with the fire resistance of the assembled column.(4)Simulation of the assembled monolithic frame column encased by steel plate hoop and bolt in the fire after the remaining pressure bearing capacity and shear bearing capacity of the situation,and to find the fire time,by fire,axial pressure ratio,eccentricity,fire protection Layer,reinforcement ratio and steel plate hoop thickness and other factors on the residual bearing capacity of the components after the impact of the law,and calculate the fire under a variety of conditions on the overall impact capacity of the assembly column bearing capacity.(5)According to the simulation results and the conclusion of the paper,the reasonable suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the fire resistance of the steel frame hoop connecting frame column.And according to the calculation of the bearing capacity of the members after the fire,the suggestion of the reinforcement and repair recommendations were given.
