Design Of Photovoltaic Thermoelectric Ceramics

With the development of society,the problem of energy consumption and environmental deterioration is becoming more and more serious.Among them,urban heat island and urban waste heat have become a more prominent problem.In the future,sustainable development is still the common theme of all mankind.This paper focuses on how to make use of the new energy resources under the background of the development of building industry and green building.Using industrial design methods to improve production efficiency to reduce energy consumption and environmental pollution.The aim of the research is to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation and reduce the waste heat generated in the power generation process.First of all,this paper analyzes the present situation and development trend of PV products by theoretical research and questionnaire investigation.Summarize and analyze the problems and their causes.On this basis,using TRIZ(Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems)as a guidance method in photovoltaic and thermoelectric power generation principle as the theoretical basis,put forward the photovoltaic technology and thermoelectric generation technology using in the design structure of the building maintenance.Secondly,according to the research target is designed with three units(condensing unit,photovoltaic power generation unit,thermoelectric power generation unit)combination of products: concentrating photovoltaic thermoelectric ceramics.Combined with the design scheme,the experimental product is manufactured according to the product structure.Finally,the practical design is applied,and the product is applied to the actual construction bidding scheme.In this paper,the photovoltaic technology and thermoelectric power generation technology is applied to the design of photovoltaic products,related to the product design of solar energy utilization based on innovative ideas put forward in the construction practice of product design by photovoltaic power generation will provide a new method.
