Fabricated Structure has some characteristics which are reasonable resource consumption,green environmental protection,fast construction,in the Construction Industry.Fabricated structure connection is the direction of construction industry upgrading,fabricated structure connection is the key problem,and there are no relevant norms in the performance of the connection after high temperature.Therefore,it is very important to study the connection performance of the fabricated structure after high temperature.In this thesis,the anchorage performance of the slurry bellows connection after high temperature is studied.Firstly,experimental study include 69 specimens in this thesis,anchorage performance under different temperature,different anchorage length and corrugated pipe material after high temperature were studied through observe the failure mode of the specimens and measure the peak tension of the specimens.Secondly,combined with the concrete strength degradation theory and reinforcement technique after high temperature conditions,calculation formula of ultimate tension grouting reinforcement anchorage connection slurry bellows was derived after high temperature based on the reinforced concrete pull-out theory.Finally,the finite element software is used to carry out the solid modeling,and analyze the influence of the anchorage performance under different temperature,different anchoring length and different diameter of the slurry bellows.(1)0.6 times the standard anchorage length can provide sufficient anchoragestrength for specimen under normal temperature,failure types of the specimen is reinforcement tensile failure,specimen anchoring strength decreased with the increase of temperature,the specimen anchoring strength is insufficient when the temperature over 200 centigrade.0.8 times the standard anchorage length can provide sufficient anchorage strength for specimen under the temperature lower than 500 centigrade.(2)Calculation formula of specimens’ ultimate tension was derived considered the factors such as temperature,anchorage length and diameter of slurry bellows after high temperature,and verified with the results of experiments.(3)Calculation results based on the finite element analysis show that the loss of anchorage strength is serious when the temperature over 600 centigrade,when the temperature over 900 centigrade,anchorage strength for specimen is only 8.82%under normal temperature;increasing of the corrugated pipe diameter can increase the anchorage strength;1 times the standard anchorage length can provide sufficient anchorage strength for specimen under the temperature between 600 centigrade to 900 centigrade.This thesis makes a comprehensive and systematic study about the limit tension effect factor and anchoring mechanism of the slurry bellows connection after high temperature,which has great scientific significance and application value to the prediction of the residual strength and construction recovery after high temperature.
