With the continuous development of China's construction industry,urbanization continues to accelerate,around the new construction,renovation and expansion of the construction projects continue to increase.In the course of building construction,most people attach importance to the design and quality of construction,but ignore the fire safety management in the construction site.In order to realize the dynamic management of building fire,reduce the probability of building fire,the article takes the fire in multi-storey building under construction as the research object,from the point of view of fire risk in multi-storey building under construction,analysis of typical building fire accidents,summarize the fire risk factors and the characteristics of the building fire.To provide theoretical basis and technical support for self rescue and fire fighting units in construction units,the article studied on dynamic simulation of building fire and personnel evacuation,established various types of building fire response model.Based on this,this paper has done the following aspects:(1)Through the investigation of the construction site of the construction site,the reference documents and the way of network search,the article analysed typical building fire accidents in China fire services.Mainly from the causes and sources of ignition,fire three aspects of project progress stage,We summed up the fire risk factors and characteristics in building fires.(2)From the stage of fire development,the design of fire scene design,the mathematical model of fire scene design and the performance parameters of fire smoke,the article studied the fire scene setting method.And we researched a mathematical method for determining the heat release rate curve,the fire growth factor and themaximum heat release rate.(3)Through the PyroSim to build multi-storey buildings in the construction of different fire scenarios.In the numerical simulation of EPS external wall fire,We summed up the law of fire spread and the variation of flame height and velocity of vertical flame of EPS heat preservation material with time.And we used the detection point data obtained by rendering to conclude the indoor temperature and visibility of the building.(4)In the numerical simulation of fire in different construction stages of multistory buildings,we analysed the different stages of the main structure and the decoration of different fire conditions.According to Smokeview dynamic observation of the whole process of fire smoke spread,the paper used the setting section and the detector to study the change rule of temperature,visibility and CO concentration in the indoor,corridors,and stairs.In the comparison of fire scene simulation in different fire point locations,through the comparison of different flue gas diffusion processes,we studied the influence of different fire points on the important evacuation points,such as stairs,gates,etc.(5)Combined with the research on safety evacuation theory,we studied on safety evacuation by Pathfinder model to verify the operability of Pathfinder for evacuation simulation.After comparing the two modes of SFPE mode and Steering mode,it is believed that the Steering mode can more accurately reflect the real situation of the evacuation,and puts forward the reasonable route of escape personnel evacuation in Steering mode and escape time,provide a reference for safety evacuation and rescue.
