Rotating electrodynamic levitation device based on the Halbach permanent magnet array will emerge induced eddy current in the conductor plate through primary and secondary conductors permanent magnet plate relative rotation,the induced eddy current and the primary magnetic field interact to produce levitation force and torque,its characteristic is the stability of levitation force,fast dynamic response,high reliability.The levitation device has very wide application in maglev train and plane motors in the future.This paper proposes a ring Halbach array rotating levitation device,analysis of the static rotating characteristics and dynamic characteristics through the electromagnetic field analytical and finite element simulation,puts forward the design method of magnetic levitatio n device,makes prototype and experimental research on it according to the design method of the magnetic levitation device.First of all,Halbach permanent magnet array of static magnetic field distribution expression was deduced according to the electroma gnetic field equation,and then the movement of two-dimensional linear model based on the Halbach permanent magnet array of levitation force,braking force and eddy current loss expression was deduced,on the basis of the three-dimensional linear induction motor the correction coefficient the ring Halbach permanent magnet array dynamic three-dimensional expression is deduced.Secondly the three-dimensional finite element model of magnetic suspension device was established,the magnetic levitation device magnetic field distribution based on the finite element method was researched,putting forward to maximum levitation force and minimum eddy current loss as the goal,the structural parameters of the magnetic levitation device was optimized.According to the optimized results,the design method of the magnetic suspension device is proposed.Main dimensions equation was deduced,and a method for determining the levitation force,the speed,the size of the permanent magnet,pole pitch,the thickness of conductor plate is put forward and the relationship between the main parameters and magnetic levitation device was analyzed.Finally the key problem of the device are studied,3D eddy current distribution expressions was deduced,according to the expression the optimal distance between magnetic levitation device was gave.levitation device expression of dynamic levitation force,levitation force characteristic curve and the design scheme was expressed when Secondary conductor plate was moving,and the existence of the eddy current of transverse in the conductor plate is proved,the eddy current only affects the levitation force and does not affect the braking force.The magnetic levitation prototype was made and tested.
