With the development of permanent magnet synchronous motor technology,PMSM has been in application more and more in aerospace,military and mechanical manufacturing and other harsh environments.In some applications,the motor is operating in a high-temperature environment and also requires a high power density for space and size limitations,which poses a great challenge for motor design work.This paper is for this special conditions for the motor limit performance requirements of the study.In this paper,the influence of high temperature environment on the motor performance index and reliability is analyzed by combining the temperature characteristics of each part of the motor.Based on the analysis of the electromagnetic field inside the motor,the temperature characteristics of the electromagnetic parameters of the motor are obtained.According to the appropriate vector operation relation of the motor,the change of the motor performance index and the input quantity under the common control strategy is analyzed.Then,in view of the special working conditions of high temperature environment,this paper has carried on the research to the design method of guaranteeing the reliability of motor running.For the design of the stator part,this paper gives a design method to optimize the stator heat dissipation capacity according to the basic principle of heat transfer.According to the evaluation standard of insulation reliability,this paper presents a method for estimating the reliability of the windings by estimating the winding working temperature to carry out the design check method.Aiming at the rotor structure,this paper presents a method for the design of permanent magnet reliability,and according to the source of permanent magnet temperature rise,the optimization method of permanent magnet temperature rise is compared and analyzed.Then,the loss of each part of the motor is analyzed and calculated.According to the mechanism of loss,the influence of the magnetic field and the main magnetic field on the loss of the motor is analyzed,and the variation law of the loss caused by the two magnetic fields is analyzed.According to the results of loss calculation,the calculation model of three-dimensional temperature field is established,and the temperature rise of the motor under different working conditions is calculated.The temperature rise law of each part of the motor under different working conditions is compared and analyzed.Finally,this paper constructs a high temperature environment experiment temperature box and tests the motor under different working conditions,using temperature sensors to measure the temperature rise of each part of the motor.Meanwhile,this paper measures the change of the electromagnetic parameter during the temperature rise,and carries out the experimental d ata and the calculation result.The operation reliability of the motor under the limit condition is verified.
