The traditional mixing mortar mixture mixed with lime putty can effectively improve the workability of mortar. But the lime production process is trival, and of high cost, which has great harm to human body in the process of production, and some dust diffused in the atmosphere becomes haze harmful ingredients and adverses to the longterm development of the environment. This experiment adopts in mortar mixed with a certain amount of clay, fly ash and slag powder,in order to improve the workability and strength of mixed mortar, developing a good performance of new type mixing mortar.Clay is a kind of natural resources of local resources. With the increasing development of basic construction and the gradual strengthening of environmental protection consciousness, clay is a kind of good and widespread resource. Its quality control is simple, and the market price is low.In this experiment, useing of clay, fly ash and the slag powder admixture, fly ash, slag powder replaces part of the clay powder,to constitute a cement-clay composite.Fly ash and slag powder belong to the industry(thermal power generation, blast furnace iron smelting)scrap, and its performance is stable which cheap price. The strength and workability of mortar can be influenced by the addition of different additives. The mixed cement mortar with M5,M7.5,and M10 strength is used as the research object. The test has a total of 78 pairs of mixture ratio design of cement, clay composite powder mixed mortar workability and strength of the research of the system. The results show that clay, fly ash and slag powder can be used as the external admixture of cement mortar in certain proportion, which can meet the design requirements of strength and workability of mortar.
