Tangshan Iron and Steel high-strength automotive plate galvanizing production line,mainly produces high-strength automotive steel and home appliances steel-based products,which requires its steel plate has a good surface quality,appearance and good tensile,bending and yield strength.Tension control is an important control means of continuous galvanizing process.Stable tension control is indispensable,and it is of decisive significance to improve product quality and production operation rate.The tension control system of hot-dip galvanizing production line of high-strength automobile plate in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.will be studied in three aspects.Firstly,the process,the tension control principle and the steady-state equation of tension kinetic mechanics are analyzed,and the tension control method which come from tension roller is described in detail with the open-book.Secondly,by analyzing the tension control model of the looper,the double closed-loop tension control method is used to explain the design principles and characteristics of the loop.Finally,taking the tension regulator as the main object,the tension control system hardware design,software implementation and implementation results are introduced.Through the above-mentioned research,the tension control of galvanized production line of high-strength automobile plate adopts double closed-loop control mode.The actual value of tension is within certain upper and lower limit of set value.It is stable and reliable,so that steel strip in the whole production chain will obtain accurate and stable tension,reducing the strip surface scratches,which improve the production efficiency and market competitiveness.
