As for the automobile manufactures nowadays, the better JIT production solution is the key to enhance the core competitiveness. Moreover, the service level of distribution center is a vital factor to JIT. To improve the service level, optimization the distribution network of raw material is the answer. It can not only eliminate WIP(work-in-processing) increase the logistics efficiency, but also can save the costs. In this article, the study is on the complex distribution system of the Automobile general assembly, in order to provide the better solution of its routing problem.Select materials distribution system of GLT from a general assembly line as the object of study and describe the state of the system. Then, define the material distribution routing problem of LOC. Minimum the overall latency of the broken material, the number of trailers and total distance of trailers as the main optimization goal. Through compare the strengths and weaknesses VRPTW mathematical model with system simulation, to determine system simulation method as the authentication method path scheme. For LOC material distribution routing problem is proposed the whole optimization idea based on genetic algorithm. Three main innovations of algorithm design: chromosome encoding based on road network constraints, fitness evaluation system based on simulation, PMX&OX crossover way based on gene segment path.Then on the Plant Simulation software platform a genetic algorithm optimization system based on simulation of dynamic feedback was developed. This system includes two main modules, simulation model and genetic algorithm modules are used to verify the optimal path and quickly search programs. Interface program is decoded by chromosomal genetic algorithm module of individuals passed to the simulation model, after running the simulation model and then back the target to GA modules to support individual fitness evaluation.Finally, I optimized the distribution networks based on the real operation of Loc-DC in the assembly line of automobile manufacture. The overall waiting time resulted from material shortage decreased by 222 min,and the service level was boosted accordingly.
