Air-cooled refrigerator characterized by fast cooling and free frost is popular with people.However,due to its coercive convection system,the refrigerator exists some serious problems in storing food,such as the over-low temperature,the food decay which consequently breeds bacteria and the off-flavour food.Ion preservation technology is the ideal means to solve these problems.Ion preservation technology forms water ion and air ion,ozone by ionizing water molecule clusters and air molecules through corona discharge,so as to realize the preservation,sterilization,purification of the refrigerator,hasing the incomparable advantage over other means of keeping fresh.However,high concentration of ozone is harmful to fruit,the refrigerator and human.Therefore keeping the concentration of ozone between a reasonable range in the refrigerator is one of the key issues in ozone preservation research.This paper has studied the law between the concentration of ozone and the temperature,the voltage applied to the electrodes of ozone generator and the running time of ozone generator.(1)Study the law between concentration of ozone,which is produced through the way of corona discharge,and the running time of ozone generator.The temperature is kept at 20?,the voltage is set at-3.75 kV.The results show a positive correlation between the concentration of ozone and the running time,but a negative correlation between the increase rate of ozone and the running time.The ozone concentration increases with the growth of temperature in logarithmic function law.When the condition 90 min is set,the concentration of ozone reaches its value of 16.17 ppm.(2)Study the law between concentration of ozone,which is produced through the way of corona discharge,and the temperature.The interelectrode distance and the humidity in the experiments are kept constant,the voltage is set at-3.75 kV and the running time is 50 min.The results show a negative correlation between the temperature and the concentration of ozone,the increase rate of ozone chang little during the process;the ozone concentration increases with the descend of temperature in power function law.When the condition 40? is set,the concentration of ozone reaches its value of6.51 ppm.(3)Study the law between concentration of ozone,which is produced through the way of corona discharge,and the voltage.The temperature is kept at 20?,the running time is set at 50 min.The results show a positive correlation between the running time and the concentration of ozone,also a positive correlation between the running time and the increase rate of ozone;the ozone concentration increases with voltage in exponentially function law.When the condition-6.74 kV is set,the concentration of ozone reaches its value of 43.12 ppm.(4)Study the law between concentration of ozone,which is produced through the way of corona discharge,and the temperature,the running time.The voltage is kept at-3.75 kV.Under different temperature,the concentration of ozone grows in different rate with the growth of the time.There is a interaction between the time and the temperature.(5)Study the law between concentration of ozone,which is produced through the way of corona discharge,and the voltage,the running time.The temperature is kept at 5?.Under different voltage,the concentration of ozone grows in different rate with the growth of the time.There is a interaction between the running time and the voltage.(6)Study the law between concentration of ozone,which is produced through the way of corona discharge,and the voltage,the the temperature.The running time is kept at 50 min.Under different voltage,the concentration of ozone descends in different rate with the growth of the temperature.There is a interaction between the temperature and the voltage.(7)Study the law between concentration of ozone,which is produced through the way of corona discharge,and the voltage,the the temperature,and the running time.The result shows that: the voltage has the largest effect on ozone concentration,the temperature and the running has the Similar effect effect on ozone.
