With the development of material science and engineering technology,modern engineering of cement concrete strength,durability and Workability are put forward higher requirements.As produced in the process of modification of new concrete cement-based composite materials,fiber reinforced concrete materials with unique advantages of the reinforced concrete,crack resistance and toughening caused attention of many researchers and engineering and technical personnel.This paper is divided into two parts,The first part remains the same carbon fiber content.The main analysis of the concrete slump,apparent properties and mechanical properties etc.Seek optimal length of carbon fiber in short cut carbon fiber reinforced concrete.The second part of the optimum length of the carbon fiber is mainly obtained by the above experiment incorporated concrete,carbon fiber length constant control,carbon fiber content is variable,measuring mechanical properties of different carbon fiber volume fraction of carbon fiber concrete under the same length,and to determine the most good carbon fiber volume fraction.And occurs when the load sound different carbon fiber volume fraction of the test piece,cracks when the load,and the ultimate load recorded.Analysis and comparison of the effects of different content on CFRC ultimate load of the test piece,the test piece of CFRC affected mechanical properties,effects on CFRC cracking performance of the test piece,and the stress-strain state in state CFRC test blocks.Splitting strength and dosage CFRC different test pieces were tested with analysis,the carbon fiber content change Strength of CFRC test block splitting.The results show that: 3mm carbon fiber in concrete,the concrete slump is reduced,the flexural strength and compressive strength had been improved.The damage degree of concrete specimen after load is smaller than that of ordinary concrete.The ordinary concrete surface crack is very disorderly but 3mm carbon fiber reinforced concrete is not.6mm carbon fiber in concrete,the concrete slump is reduced.Its flexural strength and compressive strength had been improved.The effect of the improvement is similar to the 3mm carbon fiber reinforced concrete.The crack and damage degree of concrete specimen are improved.9mm carbon fiber decreases the slump value of the concrete effect is obvious.The flexural strength and compressive strength of concrete are higher than that of 3mm and 6mm carbon fiber reinforced concrete.The effect of 9mm on the improvement of the short carbon fiber is more notable.The effect of splitting tensile strength is the best when the ratio of fiber content is about 0.24%.
