In the country to vigorously promote the new energy bus development and industrialization process,energy saving and environmental protection advantages of the dual trolley bus again reflected.The cities which still retain a trolleybus line network such as Beijing,Shanghai,Ji'nan have put forward the corresponding dual trolley bus revival plan,reasonable trolleybus line network planning and implementation of section erection erection,in the downtown area and local area network according to the situation to CANcel to improve the visual impact brought by wire erection.So take out dual cable network operation and off network of two modes of operation of electric trolley bus to the trolleybus line in the online operation after transformation.One of the dual energy system as the core of the trolley bus system,directly determines the performance level of the vehicle.This research is supported by the national science and technology support program project design of dual trolley bus energy system,focusing on the following work:First of all,the dual power system without rail electric vehicle overall design.The role of energy system in the whole vehicle power system is expounded from the point of view of the overall configuration of the power system.The energy system is mainly composed of multi energy management system and power supply system composed of the owners,mainly for the dual trolley bus running power supply.Secondly,the development of the dual trackless electric vehicle multi energy management system.Complete the function design,multi energy management system software and hardware design,the software simulation in Simulink environment,completed the hardware in the loop simulation environment of vehicle using DSPACE software(hardware in the loop),to further validate the multi energy control logic and arithmetic.Again,the development of the vehicle power supply system of electric vehicles without dual rail.With the dual trolley bus running characteristics of systematic analysis of the technical requirements of vehicle power supply system,battery group design;strategy design for the most effective interval charging battery,the size of the current combination of battery charge and discharge its broadcast restrictions based on the maximum utilization of the battery energy storage capacity,the development of the battery management system.Finally,the vehicle performance simulation analysis is carried out by using CRUISE software,and the road test is carried out.This paper proves the correctness of dual trolley bus multi energy management system,vehicle power supply system,to meet the actual needs of working conditions,and achieves the design goal.
