With the rapidly development of satellite navigation and big data application popularization,application of LBS in people's daily life is more and more widely used,especially in the field of intelligent traffic.The Intelligent Transportation System(ITS)is the development direction of future traffic system that can effectively use existing facilities and reduce the traffic load and environmental pollution,ensuring traffic safety,improve transport efficiency and ETC as an important part of the Intelligent Transportation System,has the extremely broad prospects for development.Therefore,it is very important to improve the whole service level of ETC by using the LBS technology.The ETC location service system is the application and development of location service technology in the field of transportation,aimed at providing personalized location-based services for the public through mining ETC users travel path,exploring the individual user's daily behavior rules and general behavior characters of user groups,and enhancing the understanding of public transportation pattern and urban transportation environment.At present,the application system of ETC service and location service has not yet appeared,so the construction of this system has a very important significance.The main work and innovation of this paper are reflected in the following aspects:1.This thesis analyzed thoroughly the domestic and foreign development situation of ETC,location services and related technology research status,elaborated the advantages and disadvantages of existing location service systems,and discussed the feasibility and necessity of ETC location-based service system construction.In this thesis,combined with the ETC business and development trends,it built a ETC user oriented location service system architecture,and completed the system's database and functional design,which laid a foundation for the system construction.2.The interest region extraction algorithm of vehicle GPS track is proposed in this thesis.On the basis of studying vehicle operation characteristics,by improving the interest point extraction based on clustering method,and generating region of interest based on density clustering algorithm.Finally,it used the reverse geocoding to realize the expression and presentation of region of interest in semantic level,and promote users' understanding of trajectory and travel patterns.3.It established the model of user relationship map.In this thesis,the characteristics of temporal spatial data are deeply studied,and the similar trace sequence was extracted through improving FP growth algorithm.Based on the calculation similarity of users,the model of user relationship map was built,which laid the foundation for personalized recommendation.4.The collaborative filtering recommendation technology based on users was improved.Under a profound understanding of the collaborative filtering recommendation technical defects,the introduction of user attribute similarity metric was introduced,and it improved the composition of user similarity and its calculation method,and it effectively solved the problem of cold start recommendation,and provided high quality personalized recommendation results for ETC users.5.Based on the eclipse integrated environment,MySQL database and Neo4 J map database,combined with MVC framework,it used the Java programming language to realize the ETC position service prototype system,and verified the relevant methods and models.
