In recent years,China's haze frequent,at home and abroad on the health effects of PM2.5 particle-based research.Air purifier because of its ability to quickly reduce indoor PM2.5 concentration,improve air quality,application prospects.China's air purification industry started late,the relevant standard is not yet perfect,the market based on different filter unit quality varies greatly,there are exaggerated product description and other issues,the test results can not objectively reflect the performance of the purifier.At the same time,a large number of air purifier performance test in the environment to complete the cabin,and the actual environmental particulate matter purification effect of less.The performance of air purifier,technology and other aspects of a comprehensive system of research to explore the direction of the development of air purifiers for the design practice to provide a reference,has important significance and value.Therefore,this paper compares and analyzes the purifying characteristics of air purifiers based on different types of filter units,with a view to provide a reference for the application of low resistance and high efficiency air purification devices.Shanghai and Beijing as a key city for the concentration of ambient air particulate matter,and a student apartment in Shanghai,indoor and outdoor PM2.5 concentrations were monitored in real time.The results showed that the annual average secondary concentration limit of PM2.5 and PM10 in Shanghai in 2013 and 2014 was lower than that in ambient air quality standard;PM10 in 2015,PM2.5 exceeded,PM2.5,PM10 the daily average concentration is also exceeded;The average annual and daily average concentrations of PM2.5 and PM10 in Beijing from 2 013 to 2015 were higher than those in Beijing,Indoor and outdoor PM2.5 concentration has a certain correlation,indoor concentration with the outdoor concentration fluctuations.The performance of the air purifier was tested.Through the design of tests,s creening parameters and debugging automatic control device to obtain different processing air volume.Familiar with the air purifier to change the air handling control process for the follow-up test of the filter unit to lay the foundation.Using the combination of the steel plate net and the multilayer gauze in the return air outlet,the different resistance conditions of the air purifier are ascending orderly.The wind speed and the static pressure of the CVT were measured in a variable cycle,and the characteristic curve of the fan was fitted in each resistance condition.The results show that the primary filtration efficiency of the IFD unit decreases with the increase of the air volume,and the maximum filtration efficiency is 94.81%.The experimental results show that the efficiency of the air purifier is lower than that of the IFD unit.When the air volume in the 600-1200 m / h range,the air purifier energy consumption growth faster;Air purifier in different stalls can effectively remove the high concentrations of cigarette smoke PM2.5,and the amount of ozone to meet environmental requirements,2-5 files of the purification effect is similar;Air cleaner the greater the amount of clean air,PM2.5 removal of the better.2 files running,clean air volume and purification efficiency are larger.Further designed a variety of replaceable filter unit air purifier,comparative analysis of the IFD device,HEPA(1),the early effect of the electret filter +,the early effect filter + electrostatic spinning and the early effect of the filter + HEPA(2)+ purification characteristics of the activated carbon filter unit.The main test contents include a filtration efficiency,air volume,energy consumption and indoor PM2.5 concentration decay.The efficiency of air purification and air purification were calculated by the two methods of efficiency-air volume and attenuation test.The results show that the filtration efficiency of the primary filter + electret,primary filter + electrospinning increases first and then decreases with the increase of air volume.;The filtration efficiency of HEPA(1),primary effect filter + HEPA(2)+ activated carbon filter element increases with increasing air volume;The filtration efficiency of the IFD device decreases with increasing air flow.Filtration unit resistance relationship: IFD device <primary filter + electrospinning <primary filter + electret <HEPA(1)<primary filter + HEPA(2)+ activated carbon.When the air volume is constant and less than 300 m / h,the energy consumption of the primary filter + HEPA(2)+ activated carbon filter unit is the largest,followed by HEPA(1),again for the primary filter + electret,+ Electrospinning,and the difference between the two is not,IFD device power consumption minimum.With the air volume continues to increase,IFD devi ce energy consumption is growing faster and faster.Based on different types of air filter unit to open the air purifier within 1h,can effectively purify the cigarette smoke PM2.5.The initial concentration is regarded as the same,purified to the same degree of cleanliness,IFD device and HEPA(1)with a similar time and shorter,followed by the initial effect filter + electret,initial filter + HEPA(2)+ activated carbon,The filter + electrostatic spinning filter unit takes longer.The greater the amount of clean air in the air purifier,the faster the indoor PM2.5 concentration decays.HEPA(1),the initial filter + electret clean air volume and purification efficiency are larger.Followed by the initial effect filter + electrostatic spinning,the initial effect filter + HEPA(2)+ activated carbon filter unit,the difference between the two.IFD devices clean the largest amount of air,but the purification efficiency of the lowest.Using the efficiency-air volume method to calculate the amount of clean air is greater than the attenuation test method,the difference between the two within 7%.
