Increasing demands for saving energy and friendly environment,makes higher demands on power plant emissions.In light of the situation of Shengli oil field power plant flue gas present emissions,and monitoring of flue gas emission requirements,this paper design power plant flue gas detection system which has had good practical value.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign continuous flue gas monitoring system(CEMS)development situation,introducing the principle and application status of flue gas monitoring methods,and on this basis to determine the method used in this paper to study the flue gas monitoring system.According to field investigation,this paper designs an include dust,flue gas pollutants and flue gas parameters monitoring system(CEMS system),to realize monitoring of the concentration of pollutants in flue gas,as well as monitoring of flue gas temperature,pressure,flow rate,oxygen content and other related parameters.The monitoring system using Kingview software,has a good interface to achieve the user control,data acquisition and processing,alarm displaying,data printing and other functions by modular design.At the same time,according to the environmental conditions in the field is poor,the short life of zirconiasensing equipment the frequent replacement of equipment increasing the production cost,also increasing the strength of the equipment maintenance,the paper attempts to use the software algorithm instead of the traditional hardware implementation of the soft measurement of oxygen content in flue gases.Power plant flue gas detection system designed in the paper after operation has achieved good effect in energy saving and environmental protection.
