With the increasing fierce competition,people's working pressure is going up in recent years,which leads to their disorder lifestyle and diet,these bad habits can cause significantly higher risk of cardiovascular disease.According to statistics,cardiovascular mortality ranked first on the list of disease mortality,which is higher than the tumor and other diseases.Hypertension is one of common chronic diseases in cardiovascular disease,but the mainstream of blood pressure measurement device are relatively heavy.If need multiple measurements,the using experience and measurement result may not satisfactory.In this paper,we proposed a new method to measure blood pressure based on the pulse wave.This paper mainly include four parts: continuous blood pressure measurement of medical theory basis,the hardware design of a portable compact,physiological signal analysis and processing,and blood pressure diagnosis algorithm.Firstly,this section mainly elaborate the signal generation principle of pulse wave and electrocardiograph(ECG),physiological information of feature points in pulse wave and ECG,and the current research processing of the method of pulse wave velocity measuring blood pressure.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the physiological signals,this section has designed the signal collection module,MCU control module,the front-end buffer module,differential amplifier module,low-pass filter module,high-pass filter module,trap filter module,and the secondary amplifying module.These modules can filter the noise and amplify the useful physiological signals.Thirdly,this section use wavelet transform to eliminate baseline drift noise which has coupling into the normal frequency signal,then use wavelet transform to analyze and detect feature points of pulse wave and ECG.At last,we put forward the concept of wave shape detect combined with the instance,which can minimize impact of blood pressure measurement of atypical pulse wave.Lastly,we summarized the shortcoming of measurement method of pulse wave velocity,and use the calculated characteristic values of physiological signal feature points to modeling the measurement equation by stepwise regression.Then,we proposed an improved method to measure blood pressure,which obviously increased the measurement accuracy,and the result also meets the AAMI standards.In summary,we designed a light continuous blood pressure measurement system,which can collect pulse wave and ECG signals from human body,and can filtering the noise.Then the system will analyze and detect feature points from the signals and wave shape.At last,we proposed an improved method to measure blood pressure.The experiment results shows that the improved method obviously increased the measurement accuracy,and proved the feasibility of our measurement system.
