| Bump at bridge-head is a common disease in the world highway project,which has been perplexing the construction and use of the highway engineering.The foamed cement banking is formed by mixing cement,raw material soil,foaming agent and water,its main characteristics are small density,with a certain strength,good mobility,after curing can be upright,etc.,it can be used to prevent and reduce the damage caused by bump at bridge-head.Through to the domestic and foreign related research of foamed cement banking system research,clear the development status of foamed cement banking at present,and sums up the current problems in the development of bubble mixed light soil,through the analysis of problems,the research content and research methods etc..The basic physical properties of the two kinds of soil are clearly defined,by means of the density test,particle size gradation test and liquid plastic limit test of two kinds of engineering waste soils(collapsible loess and Silty clay),and the two kinds of soil are used as raw materials for foamed cement banking the first time;Through to the domestic and foreign related data collection and research of foaming agent,clear the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of foaming agent,foaming agent for the selected types of engineering construction at home and abroad,through the test,foam bubbles density test,settlement distance test and economic factors in the choice of types of contrast agent foamed cement banking preparation.This paper reports the status of the use of FCB and clear it in the advantage of application of backfill in;the foamed cement banking mixing and mixing of FCB slurry after wet bulk density test,flow test and compatibility test,the the FCB has lower density,and has good flow properties,meet the actual needs of the project;Based on the experimental study of the density and water absorption of the FCB samples after standard curing,the test piece has a lighter density and a better mixture ratio.The FCB standard curing specimens of unconfined compressive strength test,research and analysis,to determine the influence of raw soil and bubble volume on the compressive strength,the dosage of raw soil and the rational bubbles;On the compressive strength test,wet and dry cycle test and freeze-thaw cycle test specimens,the internal structure of the analysis and research;Test and Research on the durability of standard curing specimens(dry and wet cycling test and freeze-thaw cycle test)by air bubble mixed light soil,the wet and dry cycles and freeze-thaw cycles on compressive strength,and the influence of raw soil and bubble volume on the durability of the comprehensive test results of all,Combined with numerical simulation of post construction settlement of air bubble mixed light soil backfill,determine the raw soil and bubble incorporation. |
