Linear actuator simulation of loader is a kind of important equipment in laboratory semi physical simulation,mainly used for air resistance load by linear rudder during the flight simulation of aircraft rudder,is a typical passive force servo control system.The linear motor is selected as the premise of loading mechanism,with linear rudder force loader simulation system as the research object,the research on Modeling and Simulation of system characteristics,in order to solve the linear servo system active movement force key issues,to meet the requirement of control precision analysis of loader,strategy,classification and research status of domestic loader control products outside the simulation based on composite control strategy based on PID algorithm and feedforward compensation method are combined,a composite controller loader system.This paper presents the overall scheme of loader design,system structure and main components of the system,then the loading mechanism of load mechanism of linear actuator and sensor linear motor,mathematical modeling,simulation and analysis after the open loop system,servo control system adopts current loop and force loop double loop feedback system,according to the characteristic curve of Bode analysis system the static and dynamic characteristics,the loading error,stability is not up to the requirements of control.In order to reduce the steady-state error and shock,improve the performance of the control system,PID controller into the system,through the simulation data show that the PID controller to the output power of the trend of prediction,strengthen interference actuator motion on the motor output force feedback,the load actual value can be more close to the target value,accelerate the response speed of the system.Extraforce added feedforward compensation controller to counteract the actuator disturbance,the simulation of system performance in MATLAB controller,simulation data validation loader control system to control the accuracy requirements,from the theoretical simulation on loader control system research.According to the characteristics of the system,the double closed loop servo control system and the compound controller are designed.According to the requirements of the loader technical index,mechanical structure design of loader test-bed,draw the three-dimensional structure of the loader linear loading mechanism and load test mechanism,the IPC,the input and output data acquisition card,pressure sensor,position sensor,linear electric machine and drive components selection,the circuit module interface connection,complete the hardware platform,realize the control function of the computer hardware.After the prototype is completed,the system parameters are debugged,the performance of the test loader is tested,and the technical requirements are met.
