Design And Analysis Of Hammer Knife Mower

In view of the problem of safety hazards caused by the high weed on the embankment and embankment,a new type of embankment weaving device-hammer knife lawn mower is designed by qualitative and quantitative research on the basis of studying the current mowing machine.This paper,by contrast of the advantages and disadvantages of the mower,according to the characteristics and requirements of the weeding,can determine the design of hammer knife mower to meet the current condition of the high slope weed clean,the whole structure is divided into power device,transmission device,driving device and cutting device,and pointed out that the security advantages of mower.According to the constraints and design principle of the mower,the design parameters such as cutting speed ratio,advance speed,machine power,blade number and so on are determined.By using the matlab program to simulate the cutting trajectories of weeds at different heights,the relationship between the speed of the roller,the running speed and the smoothing degree of mowing is obtained,the rationality of the parameters was verified.Based on the design of the roller,the method of the sinusoidal spiral is adopted,and the formula of the center of mass is decomposed by the centroid method and the centroid vector decomposition method.The method of improving the unbalance of the shaft is put forward.And the force and moment of the hob during the movement are analyzed,which provides theoretical support for the hobbing movement of the hammer knife.Then,the wear mechanism of the hob blade is analyzed,and the cause and consequence of the wear are pointed out.The natural frequency of the roller is analyzed and the natural frequency is obtained.The failure of the roller is pointed out.Finally,the stress of the roller ear is analyzed,and the strength is checked.In this paper,through the deep research and discussion,reveals the hammer knife lawn mower working mechanism,designed to meet the needs of the mowing machinery,similar to the design of rotating machinery to provide theoretical support.
