With the rapid development of social economy,the steady progress of urbanization construction,urban population growth at the same time,they extended their presence to the increasing amount of travel and puts forward higher requirements on the public transport system.Maglev trains as a new kind of rail transport,realize suspension in the form of electromagnetic force without contact support,in the form of linear motor without contact transmission of traction,with safe,fast,environmental protection,and low noise.Relative to the subway,the maglev train is low cost,low energy consumption,high cost performance,can well meet the demand of people,has a broad development prospects.The technique of Germany high-speed maglev train TR08 is relatively mature,which adopts a set of pure electromagnets to realize suspension and propulsion functions.The highest speed of TR08 is over 500 kilometers per hour.The maglev launch system on this paper adopts the suspension and propulsion structure of TR08,in order to take the advantages of its rapidness and simplification.Furthermore,the pure electromagnets are replaced by the hybrid magnets with permanent magnet and electromagnet for its more energy conservation.Aiming at this structure,this paper will study on its suspension force by modeling and simulating,which will be a reference to the suspension controller design and performance analysis.Aiming at the maglev launch system,the structure and characteristic of hybrid magnets with permanent magnet and electromagnet and long-stator railway are introduced firstly.Then based on the method of magnetic field analyzing,the simplified formula of suspension force is researched on.The currents of three typical statements with starting suspension,break away from adsorption,and suspension are calculated,and the variation characteristic of suspension force with current in hybrid magnet is analyzed.Secondly,because of the low precision of the simplified formulation,the finite element software of Maxwell is used to build up the three-dimensional model.By changing the values of gap and current,the magnetic force is calculated according to the 3D model.At the same time,the distribution of magnetic field is described.Finally,the analysis method of one-dimensional linear regression based on the least square method is recommended,and is used to process the calculation results of finite element model.Then the modified formula of suspension force is achieved by this method,which is used to be compared with the experiment data of suspension measurement.The conclusion is drawn that the modified formula is close to the experiment data by the result of comparison,which indicates that the modified formula can be used to get relatively correct suspension force.
