With the growing demand for energy consumption and environmental pressure,all countries in the world to accelerate new energy development efforts,so clean and pollution-free green and renewable energy is the focus and emphasis on energy development in the world today.The wind energy is a renewable clean energy and the most representative significance in all clean energy,reasonable the use of wind energy is an important way to protect the environment and improve the energy structure.The development of wind energy is the main use of wind energy into electrical energy,wind power generator based on the level of the operation is the main form.The key parts of wind turbine blade is,so with the development of computer science and technology,the research on the airflow mechanics deepening research,design of wind turbine blades is deepening,design and research of the wind power generator is unceasingly thorough,in the research field of wind power generation has many The design method of turbine blade is necessary to master the basic theory of wind turbine operation.At the same time,it is necessary to analyze the design method of wind turbine generator Based on the literature review,the method of wind speed measurement,research on wind turbine blade design.This paper analyses and introduces the glass fiber resin composite,composite were investigated,the process is more important,and the combination of fiber and resin composite materials,also analyzed the curing agent,diluents,inquiry many aspects of curing condition and temperature of the produced composite hardness and stiffness are high.This paper combines the method of literature review,methods of wind speed measurement methods,the study of wind turbine blade design,the design of three chip wind turbines with horizontal axis,and analysis to determine when the tip speed ratio coefficient of 7 showed a good rotation characteristics;Using three-dimensional modeling software Pro/Engineer to establish a method for calculating the forming mould design,the best manufacturing solutions: using Master cam software simulation analysis is made of 18 pieces of steel plate according to the control surface shape after processed into leaf plate fixed on the mold frame,wire on the shop,will wire according to the proportion of 4:1 filled with cement,curing immediately after two hours repairing mold;Blade was analyzed by using glass fiber resin composite material preparation,combined with the composite research of fiber and resin material,poly ptyalin amine as curing agent,acetone as diluents,paraffin wax as a release agent,analyzed the composition ratio,curing state and temperature,and other aspects,the influence of manufacturing the high hardness and stiffness of composite materials;Leaf structure of type D support and strengthen its strength,stiffness,stability and dynamic characteristics,such as performance,meet the generators have long service life,stable power generation,such as large capacity use requirements.
