For the unattended monitoring and the construction,State grid company three sets of five system put forward many new requirements.In state grid for the "big operation" and "overhaul" of the duties of the interface:according to the company "three set big five" system division of duties.The main content of "big operation" is to complete the online monitoring and warning information and real-time monitoring of transformer substation equipment,And perform the reactive voltage adjustment,the breaker remote control operation,at the same time can also through the industrial video system for substation to carry out regular visits.In addition,according to the national grid company about print and distribute scheme for advancing the unattended substation notice requirements,Substation and conventional converter station should have the unattended condition as soon as possible.For the monitoring and video monitoring,the new requirements such as substation automatic video regularly patrol,patrol,light linkage has been put forward.It is because of the grid control and the application of substation video linkage system that the realization of unattended of State grid corporation could be guaranteed.This paper mainly studies the application of substation and power grid control video linkage system.It also discusses the reliable scheme that can be implemented in power grid enterprises.Its Content mainly includes:(1)This paper introduces the application and function of Substation Video System,and summarizes the current system deficiencies and puts forward the demand of new video system;(2)Control master station renovation program and substation terminal reconstruction scheme are both designed.(3)On the basis of the function of the video system,new functions would be developed.On the basis of actual operation and efficiency,a variety of new functional requirements are also put forward.Functionality and modularity should be achieved.New features and applications are continuously developed to meet the diverse needs of the grid.The use of mature video linkage system should also be promoted all the time.The system has the function of displaying the substation video information and the substation remote video linkage(automatic)display on the large screen.Also,it has these functions like the accident automatic positioning equipment,regular automatic inspection,lighting linkage control and the implementation of long-term focus on important video information preservation and so on.These functions lay a solid foundation for unattended operation.The system reduces the number of staff,improvesthe operational efficiency and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the power grid in the new situation.At present,21 500 kV AC stations have been fully unattended.So the major shipping performance indicators have been significantly improved.Among the changes,power system comprehensive availability coefficient has reached99.965%,power supply reliability has reached 99.968%,comprehensive voltage qualified rate has reached 99.924%.The number of transmission facilities has been decreased by 62,5% and urban distribution network failure rate has been decreased by14.3%.What's more,it reduces the 1/3 of the power grid accident treatment link and curt down operating costs by 12 million 400 thousand yuan per year.
