Reconstruction of the distribution network is a power system under normal working conditions to optimize network topology of a basic method.According to the practical operation of the scene by the operation of the switch to the adjustment of the distribution network structure,Scheduling personnel achieve the one hand can reduce the active power loss of the system and improve the economic performance of power distribution network system,which eliminate overload,balanced load and improve the power grid reliability targets.In active power loss,as the goal to reduce the network of distribution network reconfiguration,the main binary PSO(particle swarm optimization algorithm is used in the network topology.In the convergence process of binary PSO algorithm,based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)method such as the initial population size,inertia factor to judge the radial distribution network and other methods to achieve the convergence of the algorithm is accelerated.Through the example of chongqing city a distribution network model analysis,calculation of network loss after reconstructing available is 2.5 MW,the loss was reduced by16.6% than before refactoring,so the model is feasible.In order to improve the reliability of distribution network reconfiguration,the main switch will improve switching algorithm used refactoring.In this paper,we use the method of FMEA to calculate reliability index.And select the system average outage duration SAIDI and average number of blackouts SAIFI comprehensive weights as disconnect the selecting principle of closed section switch.Through the example of a distribution network model in CHONGING,SAIFI was reduced by 7.1%,SAIDI was reduced by 6.42%,the F value was reduced by 6.7%,ASAI increased by 0.7%.It is shown that the reliability of distribution network reconfiguration model is correct...
