Because of it’s good integrality,well fire-resistant property,well earthquake resistence,cost effective and easy implement in the civil engineering,making the steel structure and concrete filled steel tubular(CFST)structure be used widly at this time.In order to get more information about the structure,HanLinhai,lots scholars did series research of CFST in different fields.And now,with the steel structure and CFST be more popular in Jiangxi province,the acid rain environment of Jiangxi hinder the step of steel structur’s application.To find the different behavior of the CFST under diferernt stress condition in the acid rain environment,Mengchen Chen,the professor,did a lot experiments and theory discussion with the groupers,including earthquake resistence,axial compressive and many others,and these researchs’ results give a science foundation for the CFST’s application in acid rain area.However,still now,there is no study on the mechnial properties of short steel tublar under chloride corrosion environment.In this paper,in orde to make up the blank in this field,through the experiment,to get the regularity of the steel tubular at axial compression.So that,our group’s research about CFST under acid rain will become more perfect,also,this study will prove a theoretical basis,to help the steel structure spread in this district.This paper mainly talk about three point: cholride corrosion,axial compression test and finite element analysis.In the study,design two section forms,circle and square.(1)At first,design twelve short columns,six circle cross section and the left is square.Then,divided them into two groups and put all the colunms into the 3.5%NaCl liquor to get different degree of rustin: 0%、5%、10%、15%、20% and 25%.Keep the PH value always equal to 2.3.Mesure the degree of rustin a time every week.(2)The way of axial compressive test is static force loading,and compared the results of the test with the theoretical value which were calculated according to the code for design of steel structure of China,find that the actual value agree with the calculate results.But the code value always less than the truly.It seems that the code is asking for safer in the actul projects.Analyse the results of experiment,getting the relationship between the degree of rustin and elastic modulus(also including other mechanical performance index)and deducing the calculation formula of the index.(3)Using the ABAQUS software building the model of short steel tube after corrosion,and comparing the results of ABAQUS with the actul value.The results show that there is little differnce between them.Based on the calculation formula of the mechannical performance index,calculate the axial compressive distribution coefficient after corrosion and use the ABAQUS to prove the correctness of the formula.
