Railway Track Maintenance Quality Management In Permanent Way Depot

The railway track is mainly reflected in the role of support and guide the vehicle running along the desired direction.Therefore,the state of the railway track stability of train operation safety,passenger comfort,the track of the life of the equipment and maintenance cost plays a decisive role.With the reform of the railway,the Railway Bureau should be self financing pressure and cost control more important,while the existing quality management mode has been difficult to meet the needs of the current situation.This paper combined with the existing MC existing maintenance system and organization form in unsuitable factors and link analysis,put forward the reform of workers quality training and maintenance system should be carried out to improve the inspection,maintenance and repair separately,optimize production resources,adjust the professional repair,repair process and equipment of static checking mode;secondly,improve the ability to predict the state of development of track equipment,reasonable maintenance quality evaluation;the last is to establish detection database,using the computer management system,a comprehensive analysis of the track dynamic and static detection data,tracking the quality of maintenance,provide decision-making plan,equipment maintenance management and improve the quality of the track.
