Suspension affects the stability of the vehicle,ride comfort,handling stability,safety and other properties.Suspension detection is an important component of automobile inspection.Resonant suspension detection station is the most widely used suspension testing equipment.It is necessary to study and analyze the resonant suspension detector.In this paper,the existing development methods of suspension testing and the existing evaluation methods of suspension performance were analyzed.The kinematics and mechanics analysis of McPherson suspension was carried out by ADAMS software.The oretical analysis and simulation analysis of suspension stiffness were carried out.And the method of the rigidity of the vehicle suspension was designed.The curve of the vertical displacement and the vertical displacement of the wheel center were simulated and analyzed.According to the simulation results,the experimental results show that the simulation results was based on the vehicle suspension detection model.Based on the vehicle suspension detection model of the whole axis structure,the detection platform structure was simulated by MATLAB / simulink simulation,the contact position of the table and the fault detection,the influence of the table on the detection results was analyzed and the actual test was carried out.During the experiment,the mesa was subdivided to detect the distance between the center of the wheel and the table in different contact positions.The influence of the offset on the test results was analyzed.The experimental data were processed and compared with the simulation results analysis,aiming at the evaluation parameters of the single absorption rate of the existing suspension,different evaluation parameters were discussed.Compared with the simulation results and the experimental results,the effect of the lateral offset on the test results was slower than that of the simulation analysis.The longitudinal offset calculated by the experiment was similar to that obtained by the simulation analysis.The results show that the absorption rate was very sensitive to the failure of the suspension spring,and the suspension damper was very sensitive to the fault,in order to not affect the suspension test results,the detection of vehicles tire pressure should be sufficient.
