With the development of economy,the contradiction between the environmental problems and the sharp increase in the demand for electricity and other energy sources is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,to increase the development of clean energy,increase the proportion of clean energy in total energy and improve the efficiency of resource utilization has become a hot topic in the new era to solve the energy dilemma.In order to study and discuss the development of clean ener gy,this paper studies the characteristics of wind power,solar power and other clean energy units are not controllable,random fluctuation and intermittent.According to the characteristics of unit output,the output of wind turbine and photovoltaic generator is simulated and predicted.In this paper,we consider the clean energy,including large scale wind power generation,photovoltaic power generation,cogeneration,in order to solve the above problems and achieve the complementary advantages of a varie ty of energy.The combined economic dispatch model of heat supply and power supply is established.The scheduling model takes the maximum net income and the minimum emission of greenhouse gas as the objective function.On the basis of energy saving and emission reduction,we should give full play to the scale effect of different kinds of energy and get better economic benefits.The economic dispatch of power system has a lot of optimization variables and a large amount of calculation.In this paper,we propose a novel multi-objective parallel molecular differential evolution algorithm which is based on the idea of intermolecular potential energy and hierarchical parallelization.The computing speed of the algorithm is improved.And in the later stage of evolution,higher individual diversity was obtained.It is easy to avoid the bottleneck of swarm intelligence algorithm,and the result is more accurate.Finally,the optimal economic dispatch scheme is obtained by calculating the economic dispatch model of the virtual power plant,which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.The research results can be used to solve the reliable clean energy consumption and cogeneration of heat and power generation can't be considered at the same time.The optimization scheme can bring the scale benefit of the system into play,and can achieve higher economic benefit on the basis of energy saving and emission reduction.
