With the development of modern control theory,the motor control strategy is constantly updated.The PMSM is widely used in the field of frequency conversion control because of its small mass,simple structure,small occupied space,high power density,strong dynamic response ability and strong reliability of system.In this paper,mathematical model of PMSM and common control strategy are analyzed.The DTC system is selected as the research object.Some improved methodsare put forward to solve the problems of PMSM-DTC system.In this paper,the PMSM–DTC is selected as the object of study,and the control strategy of PMSMis analyzed and compared.Based on the analysis of PMSM–DTC system,the problems such as poor anti-jamming,unstable switching frequency and large flux ripple in PMSM-DTC system based on the switch table method are analyzed and the mathematical model of the PMSMand the DTC method are analyzed.Secondly,according to the existing problems in the switch table method based on the DTC.The PMSM-DTC system based onSVPWM,improved stator flux observer and improved speed controller based onADRC.This paper uses MATLAB / Simulink software to carry out ADRCbased on PMSM-DTC and the DTC system modeling and simulation based on switch table method.The superiority of PMSM-DTC system based on ADRC technology is verified by comparing and analyzing the results of modeling and simulation.Finally,the design based on DSP28335 hardware experimental platform,the design of supporting software programs to verify the theoretical derivation of the paper and simulation results.The hardware platform mainly includes the power module,the driving power module,the control sampling and protection module and the encoder module.The software system starts from the initialization of the system variables and the configuration of the system parameters.The main program and the corresponding interrupt program are designed.The interrupt program mainly includes the realization procedure of the improved stator flux observation,the realization program based on the ADRC speed link and the stator voltage sampling procedures and other parts.The experimental results show that the theoretical research of the paper has practical significance,and the simulation results are in accordance with the actual operation.
