Recently,our country has made a huge investment in construction of large rivers and lakes.In the aspect of engineering measures,the increasing improvements of dyke,watercourse and reservoir dam construction have provided our country a massy foundation of preventing flood;In the domains of non-engineering measures,radar rainfall measurement,automatic telemetering,flood warning and forecasting systems and visual consultation systems have been increasingly perfected.However,the preventing flood measures in small watershed has not been paid much enough attention.In consideration of low predictability about mountain torrent disasters in small watershed,and high risk occurrences of them,once they happen,mountain landslides,debris flows,dam-break,the congestion of bridge and culvert floater,and road water blocking will probably be caused,which will further negatively influence on lives of local people or cause a huge loss of personal property.According to the history of 8.16 flood in Qing Yuan county in Liaoning province,this essay puts one drainage basin in Nan Kou village which suffered the most serious erosion from flood as the research object.On the basis of analyzing the historical flood disasters in study areas,proposing the impacts of the change in drainage basin wading projects on submerging study areas,designing various possibilities of occurring working conditions,concluding different schemes of flood gradual progress results and analyzing them can help to supply some examples for preventing flood in these areas.The main researches are listed as follows:(1)Starting with the disaster conditions caused by intense fall on 16 th August in Liaoning province,according to the statistics of disaster situations,the areas which suffered the most serious disasters from flood are chosen as study areas,collating the basic situations of study areas,and analyzing the conditions and causes of historical mountain torrent disasters in study areas.(2)Using Mike Flood to construct models of study areas,calibrating one-dimension water course by referencing actual measurement of flood data in 1975,and examining it by using actual measurement of flood in 1985,applying two-dimension method to verify it by actually measuring traces of flood on 16 th August,these processes prove the applicability of the models.By contrasting the differences of gradual progresses on 16 th August flood between the normal working conditions and practical working conditions,it further proves one flood will have various impacts on submerging in different working conditions.(3)The flood gradual progress results are used to analyze in different designing working conditions.Using ? calculating methods to measure flood in Liaoning ?can calculate different frequency of designing flood in study areas.According to the historical working conditions at the time when the flood once happened,composing different bridges' blocking conditions caused by floater which probably occurs,can conclude various schemes.By analyzing flood gradual progresses of different working conditions designed by the same frequency,to gather statistics of each scheme' s results,will gain the change in submerging gradual progresses in different situations,and the change of submerging ranges,which will play a significant role in guiding people how to govern wading projects of small mountain watershed synthetically,in ensuring drawing off floodwater in mountain water course,in protecting the lives or property for people who live around drainage basin,and also in improving the abilities of preventing flood disasters.
