With economic development,the scale of the building or proposed construction project is expanding,especially the concrete dam.This greatly increases the designers' work of numerical analysis in the early design stage,at this point the application and development of computer technology is particularly important.Although computer single-core processing performance,in order to display the multi-core computer operation ability,more and more application workers to develop parallel programming to further improve the operation efficiency of the computer.According to the Ministry of Science and Technology "the High Performance Computing Major Projects",writing the different types parallel programs for concrete gravity dam structure(static)analysis,the main work is as follows:(1)This paper uses the basic algorithm is the finite element domain decomposition algorithm.This paper introduces the theory and formula of domain decomposition algorithm,domain decomposition algorithm improved version FETI theory,and the each child part of the ultimate FETI equation is derived.For the final equation condition number is not good,it's a morbid equation,using the PCG iteration to get solution.The PCG iteration method can not only solve the problem of equation condition number is not good,and can guarantee to solve the speed and accuracy.(2)Introduces some common parallel programming model and two kinds of classification methods of parallel computer.In a gravity dam structure calculation,writing different forms of parallel program,testing the acceleration of each parallel program and comparing the differences and applicability.For different types of computer,could adopt the appropriate types of parallel patterns in order to give full play to the computer computing ability.(3)The static analysis and the discrepancy of the speed-up ratio were performed by different types of parallel program.The problem of storage,matrix inversion and large scale matrix multiplication(BKBT)are the main problems in regional decomposition algorithm according to the analysis of practical problems.Triangular storage,elementary row(column)transformations and transfer of library functions were used in this paper to optimize the program to solve above problems.The results show that the storage space of file is dramatically reduced and the computational efficiency is largely improved.
