| "Rural Construction" in China,has experienced so many times of "advocate" and "transformation".In 2006,the Chinese Communist Party and the central government,the State Council promulgated The CPC Central Committee and State Council on promoting the construction of new socialist countryside a number of opinions,marking a new round of contemporary new rural construction and transfor mation set off a wave.In recent years,local governments at all levels,organi zational research institutions,so cial enterprises,universities and other departments have made some achievements and contributions in the research and implementation,various strategies and implementation examples are endless,but there are also mistakes in the positive aspects.With the policy of ‘new socialist coun tryside’ put forward,the rural construction has developed rapidly,bu t the urgent pursuit of modern functional requirements,abandon the links of local climate,materials,traditional technology and social cultural,regional characteristics were cut o ff and swallowed,the construction are rough and stereotyped;In 2008,the state introduced the "Beautify Country" policy,‘remember nostalgia’,let ‘rural construction’ become a fashion,planners and architects ‘enter into the countryside’ passionately,exaggerated creative works may have really good ones.Under the background of this,th is paper puts forward the de sign of "rural construction"(tectonic)should set off from the origin of construction,through th e research m ethod of empirical investigation,at the perspective of "construction" to explore these architects’ creative thinking,analysis objectively of the pros and cons,summed up the characteristics of the construction classification and design m ethods,including the construction m odel,structural method,material applications,local technology and heritage and other aspects of elaboration.The third chapter is classified according to the structure type,and elaborates the construction process and m ethod of the different types of rural buildin gs,and discusses the concrete construction method based on the structure.On the basis of this,the fourth chapter su mmarizes the design strategy,including public participation as the leading,architect-led c onstruction methods;exploring the construction strategy about advantages of traditional constitutive and cooperating with modern technology;using rational materials and suitability construction strategy;social and cultural heritage of contemporary rural architectures and so on.Shapi ng the suitability of the "rural construction" to carry on the rural propert ies and explore the traditiona l skills and m odern technology combined with the construction model.Sum up the relationship between these rural buildings and rural property.It is im perative to study the construction and developm ent of contem porary rural architecture.It is th e development trend of the f uture to creat rural architecture,which can carry on the country property.So this article takes the background of this topic and studies the case of contem porary excellent rural architecture,thought classification,analysing,researching and summary of many contemporary rural practices,make interpretation of rural architecture development model and design st rategy under the perspective of construction.Inducting the common characteris tics of con struction practice and multi-design strategy meticulously,trying to sum up the experience and methods which would give reference to the other architects,at the same time,make reflect and look forward to the common problems and architects career model during the process of rural construction,hope it will guide the curren t rural construction and developm ent.The works ar e in different levels,some may really be good,some may be exaggerating.Rural construction becoming into a fashion trend,under the background of sustainable development about current urban and rural areas,re-understanding of "rural construction" is of great significance. |
