With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway construction,CRTS Ⅲ slab track plate is our country in the summary of domestic and international experience on the basis of independent research and development,and is a fully equipped with independent technical property rights of major scientific and technological achievements.This paper is mainly about the CRTS Ⅲ slab track plate mold finite element analysis and research.First of all,a review of a large number of documents,fully understand the research status at home and abroad and the track plate mold future trends.Recalling the history of the development of finite element method and future trends.Clear the main research content of this paper.Secondly,reference to the books on rubber materials,research on the constitutive models of rubber materials,choose a suitable constitutive model simulation rubber damper body.On the MTS 810 material testing machine made of rubber damper compression tests,collected to the axial load-deformation data,transform these data into stress-strain data,use ANSYS Workbench software to fit the data.Thereby obtaining coefficient and curve fitting rubber constitutive model.Thirdly,according to the sketch of the track plate mold,sub-assembly to create a track plate mold in SolidWorks software bottom mold structure,mold-side end structure,beams and other institutions bearing device,with SolidWorks software,then plug in the toolbox to generate standard componentsand(Such as various specifications bolts,nuts and so on),save these standard parts to the path where the total assembly is created.These subassemblies and standard parts are assembled in general,so as to obtain the slab track plate mold of the three-dimensional solid model.Finally,do interference checking to ensure the accuracy of the mold structure size.Fourthly,review the basic knowledge of linear finite element,establish statics nonlinear finite element equation,derivation of the solution of static nonlinear equations.Select the convergence criteria and set the incremental step.Finally,establish the nonlinear finite element model,and then setting finite element analysis(including contact manner,meshing with the control,analysis types,constraints,load type and post processing display).Then,the finite element model is analyzed and the iterative process of each load condition is monitored to ensure that the residual load and displacement in the iterative process are within the range of the criterion.Finally,it is verified whether the mechanical properties of the molds meet the requirements of the corresponding rail plate construction process under these nine conditions.If the requirements are met,the design of the mold is successful.Based on the design of the track plate mold and the finite element simulation analysis,this paper not only validates the rationality of the design of the ballast plate plate mold,but also provides important theoretical basis and reference for the actual production of CRTS Ⅲ type plate slab track plate mold.
