Since 2016,Chinese high-speed railway officially enters the eight horizontal and eight vertical times.The great leap forward development of high-speed railway has brought a new opportunity for our country's economic and social development.However,high-speed railway project development is also a double-edged sword.It not only brings the favorable impacts but also brings some negative impact on the environment.Corridor effect of high speed railways brings the cutting,block,change,press on the environment,and it can not be ignored superposition and enlargement accumulation effect with the original area which has been built and under construction projects.This paper researches on the System Dynamics method of cumulative impact assessment in the high-speed railway region.It is of great theoretical and practical value and significance to improve the level and accuracy of regional environmental cumulative effect evaluation and improve the level of environmental impact assessment and environmental benefits of high-speed railway construction.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the cumulative effect of the high speed railway,and research on the environmental impact caused by high speed railway.Combined with the characteristics of regional environment of high-speed railway,this paper builds the model of regional environmental impact by using the theory of system dynamics.Firstly,the cumulative effect of regional environment of highspeed railway is analyzed and studied by PSR theory,and the index system of regional environmental cumulative effect is constructed.Secondly,the causal relationship analysis is carried out on the characteristics of the cumulative effect of high-speed railway,and the system dynamics model is built by it.Thirdly,the system dynamics model is tested with completed high speed railway projects,thereby improving the accuracy and rationality of the model.Fourthly,the tested system dynamics model is used to predict and analyze the cumulative impact of the proposed high-speed railway project.It is of great significance to improve the social,environmental and economic benefits of high-speed railway.
