| Three centered cylindrical latticed shell is sensitive to wind load,and the wind load is the main control load in structural design.At the present stage,the research on wind load of cylindrical reticulated shell is not mature enough and the wind load value given in the standard is rough.These regulations cannot solve the problem of wind load in practical engineering.Due to the requirements of storage capacity,craft and environmental protection,the cylindrical structure coal sheds are often paired and have various openings at both ends and sides.The effects of the interference between the-coal sheds and the openings on wind loads are still unclear.The damage of the cylindrical reticulated shell structure is mainly caused by failure of its envelopes which is primarily induced by the extreme wind pressure.Non-Gaussian method is needed to evaluate the extreme pressure on the shell because the time history of wind pressure on corner position cannot satisfy the Gaussian distribution.The effects of the interference between the structures and the openings on extreme wind pressure are still unclear.Therefore,The above problems are urgent to be solved in the wind resistant design of cylindrical reticulated shell structures.By employing a rigid model pressure test in wind tunnel,the characteristics of wind load distribution on cylindrical reticulated shell were studied,the influence of wind load on structure was analyzed via different wind directions,the openings at both ends and sides and interference effect.At the same time,the wind loads suggestions are given for structure design.The results provided reference value for the wind force proofing design of similar structures in engineering.The full text mainly includes the following contents:(1)Through the wind tunnel tests,wind loads of cylindrical reticulated shell were studied.The characteristics of wind load distribution under typical working condition are given,and the influence of the wind load with the openings at both ends and sides is summarized.(2)Based on the results of wind tunnel test,the characteristics of time history of wind pressure and extreme wind pressure distribution on the shell are revealed.The effects of the openings at both ends and sides and the distances between two shells on the extreme wind pressure are studied.(3)The influence effect of the wind load on the structure was studied by multiple different distances.The distributions of wind load on the disturbed structure were analyzed. |
