Inerter is a new type of mechanical,which is discovered by the investigates of electrical simulation theory and inverted by Smith in 2002,who is a professor in Cambridge University.This mechanical component converted the original linear motion of the mechanical system to the rotation of the flywheel,and stored energy into the kinetic energy of the flywheel.It is similar to the capacitance in the theory of electrics.Therefore,the mechanical system and electrical system can realize the one-to-one correspondence between the components.This paper put forward an improved scheme through the research on the inerter,and analyzed the following problems:(1)This paper designed a kind of eccentric eccentric according to the fact that the inerter is a kind of force amplification mechanism and the effect of the eccentric wheel rotation.The mechanical component is used in the damping system.We obtained amplitude-frequency curve of the system through given system harmonic excitation using MATLAB numerical simulation.Comparing with common vibration reduction system,we found that the rotating converter components mentioned can broaden the amplitude frequency curve of the system in the resonance region and greatly reduces the resonance peak of the system.On the other hand,it is gave some random excitation for simulating the real better,solved the displacement response of this system and summed up with the standard deviation of displacement and attenuation ratio of this system,it is found that the system can achieve the better damping effect than the normal shock absorber.(2)This paper has introduced a general model of traditional passive suspension and two types of traditional passive suspension with inerter which adopts series and parallel,and gave the mathematical mode.In this paper,the new type of eccentric inerter is applied to the vehicle suspension in two ways: series and parallel.Then the system is simulated and the frequency response curve(body acceleration gain,suspension deflection gain,etc.).The comparative analysis shows that,for the series system,both of them are better than the traditional passive suspension in the medium frequency range.At the same time,the performance of the system is obtained by the simulation of the suspension system.The results show that the damping effect of the series passive suspension system based on the common inerter and eccentric inerter is better than that of the traditional passive suspension..(3)This paper designed the theoretical structure of eccentric inerter,and summarized three specific implementation scenarios.We analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and got the design scheme.
