This paper reviews the development process of China's support and the future trends,and introduces the construction of full frame support,cited the impact in recent years occurred in a wide range of the full frame support collapsed,expounds the cause of the accident and preventive measures,research results and conclusions of full framing support frame structure of domestic and abroad,to provide a theoretical basis for the future research of full framing support frame.The application of Monte Carlo finite element method in reliability analysis of practical engineering is discussed.Connected by a semi rigid moment rotation curve simulation,to establish 1.5 rigid full frame support of three-dimensional finite element model of ANSYS-PDS module based on Monte Carlo probabilistic design,considering the random input variables on the sensitivity of the full support,explore the full frame support in the process of using reliability.In 95% confidence level,considering the failure probability limit state function of axial compression member stability coefficient of the state is 29.526%,the corresponding calculation formula can show that the probability of full frame support can be used normally not be destroyed by the degree of 70.474%.By modifying the present formula,the influence of the horizontal bar length of the top rod on the bearing capacity of the full support frame can be considered.Considering the effective value of the field,get the correction coefficient,through a series of calculation and correction factor will add pole calculation of ultimate bearing capacity in the current code,so as to enhance the reliability and accuracy of the calculation of standard specification.The research of reliability based on the mathematical model of optimization and ANSYS optimization design module,optimization design of full frame support,consider that axial compression stability coefficient,a significant impact on the vertical distance,the optimization scheme is more secure.
